Forty feet of grease in a three-inch line
Kitchen drains had been getting slower for weeks, then on a Friday night the three-inch grease line backed up entirely — sink water rising, dishwasher pumping into the floor sink. We were on site inside ninety minutes with a trailer-mounted jetter. The camera confirmed it: forty feet of dense fats, oils and grease had narrowed a three-inch pipe to about an inch and a half of usable flow.
4,000 PSI and a rotating nozzle
Cabling doesn't clear grease — it bores a hole through it and the hole closes again. We ran 4,000 PSI with a rotating warthog nozzle, which chews through grease without damaging cast iron, the full forty feet back to the city tap. Camera footage afterwards showed the pipe walls back to bare metal. We also replaced the grease trap, which the previous tenant had bypassed.
