Wyckoff top to bottom
Wyckoff has some of the priciest housing stock in Bergen County. Common services: high-efficiency HVAC system replacements (Rheem Prestige, Lennox Signature, Bryant Evolution), tankless water heaters, whole-home water filtration. We do more two-stage variable-speed installs in Wyckoff than anywhere else in our service area.

Slow kitchen drain that turned into a clogged main in Wyckoff
A real Wyckoff call — slow drains aren't just annoying, they're a warning sign that buildup is narrowing your line, and ignoring them long enough turns a $385 service call into a $9,000 sewer replacement.
The diagnosis — 14 feet of grease + soap buildup
Customer in Wyckoff near Sicomac Avenue called about a kitchen sink that was draining about 4x slower than normal. Standing water from rinsing dishes would sit for 10 minutes. Common pattern: years of cooking grease and dish soap had built up inside the kitchen branch line. Camera scope showed a glossy buildup coating the inside of the cast iron — line was probably down to 60% of its original diameter.
The fix — 100' cable + enzyme treatment plan
Pulled the under-sink P-trap, ran a 50-foot drain cable through the branch line. Hit the buildup at about 14 feet downstream and broke through cleanly. Followed with a sewer camera back through to confirm full flow restoration. Recommended a monthly enzyme treatment (BioTab or similar) — these don't open clogs but they prevent grease and soap from re-coating the pipe walls between professional cleanings.
The result — full flow + maintenance plan
From the slow drain to full flow restored: 75 minutes on-site. Cost: $285 flat-rate including the camera scope. Customer added our maintenance club so we'll do an annual drain inspection across her whole house — catches buildup at 25% of pipe diameter instead of 60%, when it's still routine to clear.
